GENERAL
This Agreement contains the legally binding terms of your use of the Site. The terms and conditions are only applied to consumers and those who make orders through the Site.
The terms apply between SCVLE Media AB, 559049-7003 “BT”, and each User. A “User” refers to a person who registers an account on the website or who collects contact information from an ad on the website.
USE OF THIS SERVICE
Use of this site is not a right but a privilege subject to all limitations, terms and conditions set by us from time to time at our sole discretion. We may modify, remove or terminate any portion of the Site at any time, including access to any of its features or content. We may also limit certain features and aspects of the site or limit your access to parts or the entire site without notice or liability.
Membership
You can cancel your membership whenever you like, and the subscription therefore ends at the end of the paid period. However, it is not possible to cancel the membership subscription within the first 24 hours due to technical reasons. However, you are free to cancel your membership as you wish, once the first 24 hours have passed. In other words, you can register as “looking for property” and contact as many landlords as you wish within the first 24 hours through BT.se and then cancel your subscription the following day – even if we would be sorry to see you go!
COPYRIGHT
You agree that any copyright that exists in any material or information you receive from the Company belongs to the Company. You may not post, transfer or otherwise provide material or information where the copyright is owned by another person or entity and you warrant that all material and information that is your original work does not come from a third party.
PRESENTATION OF UPLOADED CONTENT
By uploading content to BT you will not allow copyright to the material, but you will accept that the content may be used anywhere on the website. When the content is removed by the user, there may be delays before it is removed due to technical reasons.
RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for the information you publish or display at the service or you send to other members. Your profile will be available to the public but not limited to Internet search services. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and you will be held responsible for any action taken when using your account. BT will not be held accountable for ANY information published by its members. We do not check all members of this site and we do not investigate the background of any member or attempt to verify their statements.
INDEMNIFICATION
You, as a user, undertake to indemnify BT in the event that any third party imposes a claim for compensation due to user-generated content or because you as a user have otherwise acted in violation of these General Terms or in violation of applicable law or third party right.
REMOVAL OF PROFILE OR INFORMATION
Since we do not review or can review all information that you publish or display on the service or send to the other members, we are not responsible for the content of these messages or materials. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove, move or edit messages or materials that we, in our sole discretion, consider to violate our Terms of Use. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time for any reason, without notice. The reason shall be justified if deemed necessary; but BT has no obligation to provide justification. Inactive accounts can be deleted and an account defined as inactive in case a) no messages have been sent from the account and the account has not been used during the last 60 days, or b) if the account has not been used for the last 360 days. Incomplete accounts can be deleted after 7 days and accounts containing junk or inappropriate information can be deleted immediately.
CONSENT
As a user of BT, you accept that we send messages through email or through the website.
We have made our terms as clear as possible so that it becomes easier for you to know what you buy from us. If you still have questions, please contact our customer service.
