You can easily cancel your subscription under My Account.
1. Login to your account
2. Click on Premium under My Account
3. Select Manage and then press change
4. Confirm your cancelation.
Please notice, you can’t cancel your subscription during the first 24 hours due to technical reasons.
Furthermore, you can’t cancel your subscription through email due to security reasons.
If you want to delete your account, please contact us at support@BT.se.
If you have an active subscription you will need to cancel this first. Please read the above “How do I cancel my subscription?”.
